2、把姜切丝加入鱼头

3、加入适量盐

4、加入料酒,抓匀腌制20分钟

6、热水上锅中火蒸10分钟

7、蒸鱼时把葱蒜切碎

8、把葱蒜均匀的撒在鱼头上

9、另起锅放一大勺油烧至冒烟
